Fly in a couple of days early & stay a couple of days late. Not only will you be helping a great cause and making a huge difference in the experience for each of our guests, but the Fabricator Olympics Family & our core team of volunteers get to connect on a different level during those days. It’s truly just something everyone should be a part of.

Volunteers play one of the most important roles in our event's success.
WE NEED YOUR HELP.
Commit & volunteer more than 4 hours:
Before, during, or after the event opportunities available. Everything from simply setting up tables, organizing shirts or directing parking to social media & photography. This event takes months of planning, a week of set up & another week to tear down.
With our 2027 Festival Additions, we're expecting more than 2000 attendees and that's a lot of work for our current volunteers.
If you have a skill that you'd like to volunteer for the cause, we'd love to find a spot for you.
From Teaching Demonstrations, Welcome Team & Hosting Activities for Junior Trades Experiences, Serving Food & Drinks to Volunteers & Judges, Game Facilitators, Silent Auction, Marketing, Donations, Sales, Etc. Your help can make a huge difference!
